The power filter's hindrance to high frequency interference signals

The power line is the main way to interfere with the incoming and outgoing devices. Through the power line, the interference of the power grid can be transmitted to the device, which interferes with the normal operation of the device. The interference generated by the same device may also be transmitted to the power grid through the power line, interfering with other The device works normally. Therefore, an EMI filter must be added to the power supply line of the device. This filter is a low-pass filter that allows only the normal operating frequency signal of the device to enter the device (generally 50 Hz, 60 Hz or 400 Hz). However, it has a greater hindrance to high frequency interference signals. From this we know that there are two main effects of EMI:

A. suppression of the impact of high frequency interference in the AC grid on the equipment;

B. Suppression equipment (this article mainly refers to high frequency switching power supply) interference to the AC grid.
